My experience with Charlie’s Bridal was wonderful. I had previously been to two other shops and finally found my dress with Charlie’s. Pressley was my primary stylist and she had such a warm demeanor. And in general, the entire team was so helpful in making me and my bridal crew feel comfortable. They hyped me up through trying each dress until I found THE dress. I appreciate their team and the wonderful customer service they offered. If you’re in search of your wedding dress, I would highly recommend a trip to Charlie’s!

I cannot say enough great things about this place. My future sister-in-law found it, and thought it was cute since my Fiancé's name was Charlie if I went to try on wedding dresses at Charlie's. I am so glad she did. Laura was absolutely amazing! She was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and an absolute delight to work with. She made my experience an absolute breeze! If you're trying to decide if you want to try this shop...RUN.... DON'T WALK! You won't be disappointed. ❤️

After searching online for the best shop to purchase my wedding gown I settled for Charlie's Bridal and Prom. I am so glad I did, Courtney was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! At no point did she get frustrated or aggravated because I was back and forth with dresses. She is definitely a gem! And the dress I chose was the dress she picked out!! She definitely knows what she's doing!! Thank you Courtney and Charlie's for a being here!!

I had the best experience at Charlie’s!! Lara assisted me and helped me find my dream wedding dress! She was very attentive and walked me through the whole process, made me feel so comfortable and listened to the small details of what I like and didn’t like. We narrowed down options together and I fell in love with the second dress I tried on! She basically knew the dress I picked was going to be my dream dress! And what a dress!! Everyone was so polite and professional and I am so happy we went to Charlie’s. Oh and the bubbly was a great touch to the experience! I highly recommend!

Such a fun and enjoyable experience. I loved having the entire shop to ourselves and having all the attention on me! My bridal consultant helped go through all the dresses and helped weigh out every option. Your girls were amazing. I will most certainly recommend others to your shop!

My experience with southern Bride was absolutely amazing. Every single lady at both the Kernersville and Yadkinville locations were kind and willing to do anything to help. But my biggest shout out has to go to my girl Sara. She will have a piece of my heart forever for everything she did to make my wedding day as perfect as possible with my wedding dress, our bridesmaids dresses and tuxes. Thank you all for being the best!

I had an amazing experience this last Saturday at Southern Bride at the Factory! I worked with Courtney. I was nervous about shopping during a Pandemic but the ladies at Southern Bride knew exactly how to handle it and make me feel comfortable and special while finding THE DRESS! I was amazed by how many dresses I was able to try on during my appointment. The entire experience was really safe and personal. I can't wait for my dress to arrive - I can't stop staring at photos!

I fell in love with my dress at Southern Bride! Courtney was so much help. Southern Bride was the second bridal shop I attended. They were very welcoming even with all that is going in around us. My experience was everything I could have hoped for, and more. I went in there with a vision, but also no clue on what could happen. Courtney was amazing. She helped me pick out styles I would have never thought on trying. We started with what I thought I liked, then she used process of elimination to find the style/fit I wanted. After a few tries of trying on similar style dresses, we "jacked-up" the dress at the big mirror, and I said YES to the most perfect dress. It was stunning. Every dress I tried on there was gorgeous, but this one was perfect. I couldn't have done it without Courtney. She was so fun to work with, and helped this bride through a very anxious time!

When I arrived, the staff had already pulled several dresses for me based on some details I had previously sent them, per their request! I found my one-of-a-kind, dream dress there and I am excited to work with the lovely staff and owner as my wedding approaches! 5 stars!!

My experience here was nothing short of fantastic. The consultant I worked with listened to what I was looking for in a dress and picked up on my style immediately. They truly wanted me to choose the best dress for me and did not pressure me into buying a dress immediately.  I would recommend it to any of my friends who are looking for a bridal gown.

Shopping at Southern Bride was the best experience I had in the journey to find my dress! The shop is adorable and the staff are very friendly. The spaces available for dressing and viewing your selection are large enough that you don’t feel cramped and you aren’t constantly looking over your shoulder at other brides. The consultants are very helpful and personal, they listen to your ideas and truly help you find dresses that match you.

Our family had a terrific time at Southern Bride. They took their time and let us pick out favorites for our bride to be. They didn't rush her to make her choice and they made her feel very special. She said yes to the dress with a champagne toast!!
